This training is aimed at professionals who have a need to communicate effectively with different cultures in work related situations. The basic idea is to provide a practical understanding of the cultural context of different communication situations at work.

• time concepts and attitudes
• group identity and individualism

The training consists of introducing well-founded theoretical models, practical examples from every day working life as well as group works.
